Cavalier Genève 10 Years Crafting is a limited anniversary release from the Honduran boutique brand, marking 10 years since founder Sébastien Decoppet brought Cavalier Genève to the US market. It's a single 6¼ x 52 vitola built from 10 tobaccos, including two different primings of the same Jamastrán Valley habano wrapper, one claro and one oscuro. It ships as one 14-count box, seven of each wrapper alternating inside, at $24.60 a cigar. It started shipping to retail the last week of July 2026, and production stops for good in December 2026.

Here's the blend, the brand behind it, and why the box is set up the way it is.
THE BLEND
Both wrapper leaves are the same habano seed, grown in Honduras's Jamastrán Valley. What changes is the priming and the processing, one comes out claro, light and bright, the other oscuro, dark and richer. Cavalier hasn't said exactly which stalk positions produce each one.
Under that sits a Jalapa-grown habano binder and a filler built from eight more tobaccos, ligero from India, Honduras, Paraguay and Jalapa, viso from Estelí and Honduran broadleaf, seco from two Honduran regions. Wrapper plus binder plus eight filler leaves gets you to 10 tobaccos, the number driving the whole release.
Nobody's smoked or scored it yet. It only shipped in the last week of July.
TEN YEARS OF CAVALIER GENÈVE
Sébastien Decoppet, a Swiss native, started building this brand after he traveled to Honduras in 2014 and spent time learning from the Plasencia family. Cavalier Genève reached the US market in 2016, which puts 2026 at the ten-year mark.
Decoppet eventually built his own factory, FCT, in Danlí, Honduras, about 100 employees and 22 pairs of rollers. Cavalier is known for a medium-bodied, creamy house style, and for a signature touch, an edible 24-karat gold accent worked into the wrapper on several of its lines.

At $24.60 a cigar, $344.40 for the box, you're really paying for a side-by-side comparison, the same recipe wearing two different wrapper leaves next to each other.
THE BLC TAKE
A same-blend, two-wrapper comparison in one box is a genuinely useful idea, not just a gimmick. It's the kind of thing that actually teaches you something about how much a wrapper leaf changes a cigar.
This is also a hard stop release. Cavalier says production ends in December 2026, so once it's gone, it's gone for good. If the ten-tobacco idea interests you, this isn't one to leave sitting on the shelf while you think it over.
